Had fund doing these crazy personalities so check out my acting skills when you get a chance. More to come through the season!

Raiden Shapaiden! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owu-kl8Fwek

Go Niners! .... and Go Lakers!

[–]CITY_F0X 209 points210 points  (4 children)

One last question if possible, what happens when we decide to try you with a sorry receiver like Crabtree?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 2604 points2605 points  (46 children)

What does having 4k karma and 100 Reddit coins mean?

[–]Muggog_Skumgut 614 points615 points  (8 children)

I take it you got reddit premium? Probably where the 100 reddit coins came from. If I remember right, reddit gold (now called premium) which gives you a week of reddit gold benefits and 100 reddit coins that can be used to gift gold to others (but giving a week of gold costs 500 coins I believe).

You should have received a private message from reddit when you received the gold, which contains info on what it is and what it does.

As for the karma....
Basically It's the scoreboard of reddit--a reward earned for posting popular content.

Below is a link for more info when you have the time.

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 657 points658 points  (6 children)

Thanks for breaking it down.

[–]shellsquad 572 points573 points  (16 children)

You win.

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 803 points804 points  (15 children)

Ok. I'll take it.

[–]shellsquad 334 points335 points  (12 children)

Really, it doesn't mean anything. Fake internet points essentially. But shows that people value what you have to say.

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 522 points523 points  (10 children)

I appreciate them. Thanks

[–]shellsquad 73 points74 points  (3 children)

No prob. Have a good rest of the season my man.

[–]Tommymal 44 points45 points  (8 children)

The 100 coins you can make someone’s comment or post “silver”. If you get 400 coins you can make it gold. The 4K Karma is just like internet points.

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 85 points86 points  (7 children)

Since there is so much support here. Let's see what you got. Go ahead and hit this link. Download my app Daily Number if you love you some Daily Fantasy Sports. http://dailynumber.app.link/QXlssTJAZP/ ... don't hate on the promo drop either hah

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 1254 points1255 points  (6 children)

The creativity. Thank you guys for being here.

[–]abowmanlex 350 points351 points  (1 child)

Not everyday an All pro answers questions, so we have to take advantage.

[–]FranMon 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Thank you, it makes me feel great thinking that Richard Sherman spent a few seconds to answer a question I asked him online.

[–]jonasdash 522 points523 points  (15 children)

Hey Richard! Always liked your attitude backed by performance and that big brain too!

My question is about how much players think about fantasy stuff when they are out on the field, in the huddle, sidelines, etc? Sure, they want to do well within the game, for the team and for themselves, but do they actively think about their stats for fantasy football during the game?

Also, do you think players ever play Fantasy (more season long than daily) and start their opponents that week? IE your team is going against the Steelers, but man how are you sitting Conner or Brown?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 831 points832 points  (6 children)

I can't comment on what other players think about. It's always something that's brought up around us. When we're out, with friends and family at times. It's funny how often people talk about it.

[–]Smetsnaz 815 points816 points  (4 children)

It's funny how often people talk about it.

Translation: It gets old real fucking fast.

[–]ffbounce 758 points759 points  (17 children)

Can we talk about your defensive play breaking up this would be 49-yard TD to Tyreek Hill in Week 3?

First of all, nice work catching up and making the play! I had mixed emotions as a Niners fan and Hill owner haha.

In the slow mo replay, you can see contact with his left arm and helmet before the ball arrives. Watching it live in real time, I thought it was PI as well. There was no flag, but what I thought was interesting is that when Hill got up, he didn’t seem to be arguing for one either.

So I guess my question is... is this type of close play considered by DBs, WRs, and NFL officials to not be callable as PI? Do you get the benefit of the doubt as long as you are playing the ball, even if the contact happens before the ball arrives?

Is your job as a DB to keep pushing the envelope and trying to get there and make contact with the WR before the ball gets there?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 870 points871 points  (15 children)

That was in depth. Thanks. The game has changed and I'll keep playing the game as I know how. I can't control the refs and receivers reactions. I'm just glad I made the play.

[–]xtrajuicy12 531 points532 points  (11 children)

Too safe man. Tell us what you really think about the refs and the rules. And Crabtree.

[–]BboyFatCakes 1245 points1246 points  (30 children)

Mr Sherman, I need life advice. My friend talks a shit ton of smack but I dont have the ability or balls to talk smack back in case I cant back it up. How do I elevate my shit talk and really just go for it despite the consequences? How do I let him know he's a sick son of a bitch who keeps eating my curly fries without asking, guised under playful but totally serious banter?

How do I become even a fraction of you, the King of Talking Smack?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 1357 points1358 points  (12 children)

Man. This is wild. Is this real? haha. Gotta find your inner smack talker. Like I did. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owu-kl8Fwek .... took the curly fries tho!?

[–]RollingStoner2 273 points274 points  (3 children)

This is the greatest exchange I’ve ever seen in an AMA, truly glorious 😂. I’m still salty you kicked Peyton’s ass in the super bowl but I’ve always had major respect for players like you, not afraid to speak your mind and always give 100%. First ballot HOF no doubt, thanks for answering our questions!!!

[–]BboyFatCakes 48 points49 points  (1 child)

Every time, my man. I mean hes my homie so it's slightly less disrespectful. But I'll channel my inner smack talker. Any possible alter egos you havent used yet that I can adopt?

[–]Tofinochris 21 points22 points  (0 children)

/u/bboyfatcakes, you successfully confused the living fuck out of Richard Sherman, and you should be proud.

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 168 points169 points  (13 children)

Y'all are funny. The Reddit world teaching me a lot today. So I figured I'd put you guys on to my daily fantasy sports app, Daily Number. Download it and try it out when you get a chance and let me know what you think. http://dailynumber.app.link/QXlssTJAZP/ .

[–]Armoranth 495 points496 points  (7 children)

That's a great question Richard. Check out my new film Rampart.

[–]WNBAlover 644 points645 points  (14 children)

Around 10 years ago I was at a hotel that was hosting Ladainian Tomlinson's celebrity golf tournament. My dad was talking to one of his idols, Eric Dickerson. They were walking and talking and my dad didn't notice a glass door and walked right into it in front of him while I laughed uncontrollably, being pretty young. How do I best use this embarrassing moment for my trash talk to him in the case of fantasy football?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 3022 points3023 points  (13 children)

"Hey dad. Remember that one time when you walked into the door? This week. I'm the door. You're still you."

[–]mayhemster 292 points293 points  (0 children)

Quick off the bat Sherm, love it!

[–]wafflesareforever 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Well you just earned a fan for life

[–]marcelo20028 405 points406 points  (12 children)

Hey, I’ve always wanted an opportunity to ask for this, but what does it take to make it as a player in the NFL? I really love the sport and played it since I was 5, and I’d want to know what are some important traits to learn and develop

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 704 points705 points  (9 children)

Consistency and drive to be great. So many great videos online to learn new training methods. Take the time to push yourself and study hard. Listen to your coaches. Not easy cause a lot of people will tell you that you can't. Stay focused.

[–]marcelo20028 93 points94 points  (6 children)

Thank you! I really appreciate it since it’s not common getting advice from an All-Pro football player!

[–]thelochteedge 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I saw this video on you called something like "student of the game" a while back and it just showed you watching film and talking about plays and showing you in practice. I just wanted to say, it's so cool to see you so dedicated to learning your craft and, I say this complimentary, being such a nerd. Never been a Seahawks fan (SKOL!) but I always respected how hard you work both physically AND mentally. Sorry things didn't work out with the Hawks. I'll always remember that legendary "sorry receiver" moment ;)

[–]FranMon 277 points278 points  (3 children)

Hey Richard! I’m Italian and I fell in love with American football mostly thanks to you and then the whole LOB! With talks going on about a London franchise, how much do you think the NFL and American football will be able to expand into Europe and other markets outside of North America?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 396 points397 points  (1 child)

The league is pushing this game to be more International and the places like Mexico and London have really loved it. Cool to see other countries embrace this game.

[–]Cheeseburgers73 599 points600 points  (24 children)

Hey Sherm,

It’s my younger brother’s birthday today and he’s the BIGGEST Richard Sherman fan of all time. Got a custom Stanford jersey in your name framed on the wall right now, haha ! Can you gimme a “happy 11th birthday Bernardo” and make this little kid’s day? It would be awesome.

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 1079 points1080 points  (22 children)

Ayy! Happy 11th birthday Beranardo

[–]CosmonaughtyIsRoboty 130 points131 points  (1 child)

And from this day forward /u/Cheeseburgers73’s brother shall be known as Beranardo the Brave

[–]mexicomiguel 84 points85 points  (3 children)

lol he just had to copy and paste and still called him "Beranardo"

[–]harsh389 766 points767 points  (7 children)

come on man, you just gonna fk up Bernardo's name like that?

[–]zibbers1 99 points100 points  (4 children)

Looks like Cheeseburgers73 has to change his kids name now

[–]Sour__Cream 103 points104 points  (6 children)

As an Eagles fan, I know how important it is having a good backup. How’s the feeling in the locker room knowing that both Berthard and Mullins are capable QBs that can win games instead of just managing them like you would expect of a QB

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 123 points124 points  (0 children)

One of the most important positions. It's good to have someone there you can trust. Coaches put us in a best place to make sure the next man up is ready.

[–]VeryWicked 100 points101 points  (1 child)

Hey Richard, I'm an european fan of the NFL and love your passion for the game.

Would you say it takes more physical talent or understanding of the game to become the best? Especially on defense

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 132 points133 points  (0 children)

It certainly takes both. Takes a lot of commitment to developing your craft. Nothing is handed to you.

[–]EggsEggsEggsTentacio 269 points270 points  (10 children)

Who were your favorite corners to watch growing up?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 573 points574 points  (9 children)

Deion. He was just that guy. Love the position as a whole. So many great players like Darrel Green, Champ, Ronnie Lott. Respect the greats

[–]mayhemster 56 points57 points  (0 children)

Gotta love the high-stepping pick-6s from Deion

[–]cmarshall24 229 points230 points  (14 children)

One of my favorite moments watching your career as a Seattle fan was watching you eat the turkey leg on the 49ers logo. Has any one brought that up with the holidays around the corner, and if so how did you handle it?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 225 points226 points  (3 children)

I've seen a lot of people talk about it on here hah. Good times.

[–]cmarshall24 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer questions, and I wish you all the best of luck as you're one of my all time favorite Hawks.

[–]jsrduck 16 points17 points  (1 child)

I immortalized that moment in this gif to annoy salty 9ers fans.

[–]vaderimyourson 590 points591 points  (6 children)

How do you like Keegan-Michael Key's Richard Sherman impersonation in the Seahawks press conference sketch?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 608 points609 points  (2 children)

lol!! These dudes are so talented. Love it

[–]mikeybiz 290 points291 points  (8 children)

Sherminater!! You played receiver at Stanford before making the switch to DB, how well do you think you would you do in the NFL if you lined up as a receiver?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 585 points586 points  (7 children)

You know I used to play WR? I think I'd do well.

[–]choicemeats 57 points58 points  (1 child)

Responsible for one of my worst football memories when you converted a 4th and 20 vs USC in 2007 WE REMEMBER EVERYTHING

[–]keytop19 213 points214 points  (1 child)

Bruh, we redditors, we know everything.

[–]poop_of_mang 94 points95 points  (2 children)

Richard, Thanks for assblasting my Broncos in the Superbowl. Whats a day in your life like now a days?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 156 points157 points  (1 child)

assblasting? hah! Football, family, businesses, appreciating the moment.

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 435 points436 points  (8 children)

Y'all are active!! I'm trying to get to as many questions as possible. I see a big question is about my smack talking abilities. You gotta tap into your inner smack talker. Like I did with Rambo Shambo and Raymond Shonuff. This was fun doing and one of my favorites, Raiden Shapaiden. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owu-kl8Fwek

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 78 points79 points  (2 children)

I did say I was gone but as I learn about points on Reddit (this post received a fair amount I guess?), I figured you can learn about my Daily Fantasy Sports app called Daily Number. http://dailynumber.app.link/QXlssTJAZP/ Download it and play when you get a shot.

[–]shellsquad 74 points75 points  (0 children)

You didn't know what you were getting into did ya? lol

[–]Bauklotze 684 points685 points  (12 children)

Out of all of the Wr you've faced. Who talks the most trash back to you?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 1599 points1600 points  (11 children)

One of my favorites has been Dez. Happy he just signed.

[–]InvisibroBloodraven 277 points278 points  (9 children)

This is the best AMA ever, which I totally expected.

Keep up the great work man; always been a huge fan of what you do on and off the field!

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 200 points201 points  (8 children)

Thank you. If you get a moment check out the new Daily Fantasy Sports App I co-founded. Pretty easy to play. http://dailynumber.app.link/QXlssTJAZP/

[–]KobeInTheCut 213 points214 points  (12 children)

Who do you want to introduce you at the HOF induction?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 338 points339 points  (11 children)

Great question. Appreciate the honor to be with those names. Haven't really thought about that.

[–]happidog04 121 points122 points  (9 children)

Who on the Lakers would you like to turn into a football stud, what position would they play, and vice versa?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 305 points306 points  (3 children)

Come on. Lebron would be a beast!

[–]notNOTyouraveragejoe 244 points245 points  (6 children)

What position would you want to play if you were on the Gryffindor quidditch team?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 595 points596 points  (5 children)

Maybe a chaser? I'd handle all of them. They wouldn't know what hit em!

[–]AJ_Leski[🍰] 187 points188 points  (0 children)

Don't ever try me with a sorry Keeper like Weasley!

[–]arisoncain 116 points117 points  (4 children)

Any predictions for breakout players going into the fantasy playoffs that we should be on the lookout for?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 411 points412 points  (3 children)

I heard they may put me at WR? lol

[–]Strive_for_Altruism 134 points135 points  (1 child)

[Schefter] My sources close to the 49ers say that Richard Sherman has been garnering some consideration to play WR

[–]brockoli1010 145 points146 points  (3 children)

What’s your favorite drill in practice? Favorite part of the games?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 224 points225 points  (2 children)

Film? hah. Love to be out there with my guys. Don't think I have one.

[–]SorryBobo 416 points417 points  (9 children)

How excited is the lockerroom about Nick Mullens?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 700 points701 points  (8 children)

He earned this moment. He works hard. He deserves it.

[–]llcjer 408 points409 points  (3 children)

Translation: the locker room is not excited. But Nick is very excited.

[–]Patsgronk87 178 points179 points  (5 children)

Favorite stadium to play in? (Outside of CenturyLink and Levi’s)

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 530 points531 points  (4 children)

Well, a Super Bowl was won in NY :-)

[–]giantchocolatetacos 151 points152 points  (1 child)

The $1 billion stadium that looks like an air conditioner on the outside

[–]kniq86 91 points92 points  (3 children)

No question, Richard, just wanted to let you know that I only started watching football the last couple years and you're one of my favorite players. Your move to SF is one of the main reasons I've been rooting for them this year. Good luck with the rest of your career!

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 112 points113 points  (2 children)

Thank you. Go Niners!!

[–]omarlopez12 166 points167 points  (8 children)

How do you feel about the move towards a more pass friendly league?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 588 points589 points  (7 children)

I like to play defense. They don't like to throw to my side.

[–]bad_breakin 102 points103 points  (4 children)

Do you think Russell Wilson will throw to your side when you play against him in a few weeks?

[–]yanbouz88 307 points308 points  (11 children)

Do you personally believe Tyreek Hill is a top 5 WR in the league?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 586 points587 points  (10 children)

That man is FAST! They're doing great things in KC.

[–]d0re 164 points165 points  (3 children)

Richard Sherman on Tyreek Hill: “I don’t compare Tyreek with anybody,” Then he rolled up his sleeve and showed a tattoo of Marquise Goodwin. “I’ll let you interpret that however you want,” Sherman said.

[–]royleekx 493 points494 points  (2 children)

Translation: Fast, yes. Top 5, no.

[–]RollingStoner2 245 points246 points  (1 child)

Best deflection of his career lol.

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 198 points199 points  (5 children)

A lot of people asking about fantasy football. Outside of football, I'm also an entrepreneur. I felt Daily Number (https://twitter.com/DailyNumberApp) was a really cool daily fantasy sports app. So I jumped on the chance to start something unique with the team. Easy to use. Set a lineup and beat the target score. We were able to do some fun creative around it too. Try it out if you think you're ready: http://dailynumber.app.link/QXlssTJAZP

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 88 points89 points  (1 child)

Just dropped this new video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owu-kl8Fwek. Don't think you knew about my martial arts skills haha

[–]shwn354 415 points416 points  (15 children)

Should I play Trubisky against you if I make it to the championship?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 1274 points1275 points  (14 children)

...no comment. but no.

[–]mattbakerrr 267 points268 points  (12 children)

you are killing this AMA. I am enjoying all of this

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 524 points525 points  (11 children)

Am I? Doing my best. Thanks

[–]Tofinochris 127 points128 points  (10 children)

Yeah my dude your answers are real and not just either (a) promotion for some product you're trying to sell or (b) carbon copy stuff.

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 635 points636 points  (9 children)

Thanks man. With that being said hah....do me a favor and download my daily fantasy sports app, Daily Number. http://dailynumber.app.link/QXlssTJAZP/ "I'm not a business man...I'm a business...man." lol. Shout out to Jay

[–]dynastic_ 143 points144 points  (8 children)

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 314 points315 points  (4 children)

[–]trugbee1203 71 points72 points  (2 children)

[–]drake_is_canadian 182 points183 points  (7 children)

What is your favorite movie and who is your favorite actor?

Why don't more QB's talk smack?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 87 points88 points  (3 children)

Great question. Maybe they're thinking about too much? You'll have to ask one I guess?

[–]BallFaceMcDickButt 24 points25 points  (1 child)

Next time you sack one of those sorry ass QB's tell em to get over here

[–]allglory1 56 points57 points  (2 children)

Thank you!

[–]P-Deezy 14 points15 points  (1 child)

For real we still love you here in Seattle and want nothing but the best for you. I know you had to deal with twitter trolls being shitty but every real fan wants to see you to continue to succeed. I really hope that one day there is a statue of you outside of CenturyLink. You deserve it.

[–]BigE_207 96 points97 points  (10 children)

After years of bashing the NFL over providing info for gamblers, what made you decide to invest in a fantasy football app?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 61 points62 points  (5 children)

not exactly how it went. Invested in a daily fantasy sports app that I co-founded. Try it one day. https://dailynumber.app

[–]CharDMacDennis2 21 points22 points  (2 children)

I just tried to sign up and the birthdate field is required, but you have to scroll back by the month. For an 18 year old, that's 12x18, for those of us born in the 80s...yikes.

[–]Nickjersey 47 points48 points  (3 children)

What do you think about Ty Montgomery taking the ball out the endzone and fumbling?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 143 points144 points  (2 children)

The man has his own style and is confident. Can't be mad at that.

[–]CoolDudeBroseph 49 points50 points  (1 child)

Mr. SHERMAN... is it fun to win the Super Bowl??

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 124 points125 points  (0 children)

No. But maybe. So yes.

Both. But I LOVE Kuz

[–]IPA_FAN 10 points11 points  (1 child)

Niner fan here... great to have you on the team even though this year's been tough. Do you play golf? If so, do you trash talk your playing partners? What does that sound like?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Not an avid golfer but when I do talk smack, it sounds a little like my alter ego Raiden Shapaiden. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owu-kl8Fwek

[–]onlypositive247 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Hey Richard, what are some things you do in your daily routine that keep your life balanced between football, business, and life?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Tough to find balance in this profession but my family, my friends. I appreciate the people and the time I have.

[–]LoadedCashClip 224 points225 points  (1 child)

Not a question just wanted to Thank You. Dec 9 2012 I was down 48 pts in the Wild Card of Fantasy Football playoffs with only Seattle Defense and Megatron left and that game you and the OG Legion obliterated the Cardinals 58-0, with you getting a fumble recovery and 2 int’s (one of them for a pick 6). That helped solidify my comeback and I’d eventually win my first Championship that year. I always told myself if I got a chance to thank you directly I would. So Thank You for sparking my first title, you and the OG LOB will always have a fan in me.

[–]remschelr 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Who is gonna start for the Lakers next year?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The team that's going to win the title :-)

[–]WallyDaWalrus 92 points93 points  (1 child)

What are your feelings on the whole Earl Thomas situation? Do you think one side was more in the right than another? Also, how would you handle being in a similar situation as Earl?

Thanks for stopping by Richard Sherman, I know I appreciate it.

[–]RankYeti 33 points34 points  (2 children)

Dear Rich,

I feel like I can call you Rich because you and me are so alike. I'd like to meet you one day, it would be great to have a catch. I know I can't cover sorry receivers as well as you but I think you'd be impressed with my speed. I love your hair, you run fast. Did you have a good relationship with Crabtree? Me neither. These are all things we can talk about and more. I know you haven’t been getting my letters because I know you would write back if you did. I hope you write back this time, and we can become good friends. I am sure our relationship would be a real touchdown!

[–]JBurlison92 0 points1 point  (2 children)

At what point did you realize this could be a career and you had a chance to make it to the NFL? How did you stay grounded when you figured it out?

[–]r_sherman25Richard Sherman[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

College it really sunk in.

[–]Curtatwork 84 points85 points  (0 children)

What do you think your worst purchase has been since you've become an NFL player? What about your best?

[–]notenoughcharact 146 points147 points  (7 children)

How many NFL players have fantasy teams? Do they all over-draft themselves?

[–]disturber_of_the_pea 57 points58 points  (0 children)

What’s the funniest trash talk another player has said to you? Who’s the second best trash talker?

[–]YellowMamba8 250 points251 points  (14 children)

Who are your top 3 most difficult WRs to defend?

[–]lucasschwartz83 161 points162 points  (3 children)

Give us your honest opinion on Jalen Ramsey.

[–]lifofifo 34 points35 points  (1 child)

Who's the most difficult receiver to cover in practice on the current 49ers roster?

[–]black206 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Sup Sherm. As a Seattle fan you def one of my all time favorites. I know you won’t answer this, but here goes. How would you define a locker room cancer?

Last year you went on the radio and imo bashed Carroll for his coaching methods. Repeating the same stories over and over. You know other players including rookies are going to listen to that interview. You know most of them look up to you as a leader and someone they want to emulate. How does that go over for the young players.

Do they think damn, Sherm thinks this is a joke. How can I take coach seriously if Sherm can’t? I viewed that as being a cancer and bringing the team down. I won’t bring up other events on or off the field that lead me to this assumption. Do you regret doing things like that. If we weren’t talking about you but another player on a different team would you view them as a locker room cancer?
